Customer service
Shipping
How your UTV parts and ranch gear get from our supplier network to your gate — rates, timelines, and what to expect on big items.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to the contiguous 48 United States — no minimum order required.
Free shipping applies only to standard-shipping products. Your exact shipping cost is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your order any time from the support center or under My Orders in your account.
Oversized shipping
Large but shippable items — roofs, windshields, cab enclosures and similar — carry a product-specific oversized fee, shown on the product page and again at checkout. Oversized items do not qualify for free-shipping promotions, even when the rest of your order ships free.
Freight shipping
Heavy gear such as sprayers, implements and bed racks ships by freight truck. Most freight items carry a flat freight charge of $149, $249 or $349, shown on the product page and added automatically in your cart, so you can check out right away. The flat freight charge applies once per order at the highest rate in your cart, covers delivery to the contiguous 48 states, and is not included in free-shipping promotions. Flat freight rates assume the delivery details you provide are accurate; additional carrier fees may apply if delivery conditions are misrepresented.
Some items show "Freight quote required before purchase." For those, use the Request Freight Quote button on the product page. These items require approval of a freight quote before shipment. Each quote lists its expiration date, and quotes expire after the period shown on the quote; after that, we're happy to re-quote at current carrier rates.
An approved quote is all-inclusive for the destination, delivery type and liftgate option you selected. If those details change after approval, any resulting carrier fees are quoted to you before we ship.
Freight delivery appointments
Some freight carriers require a delivery appointment before bringing your shipment out. The carrier will reach out by phone or email using the contact details on your order, so please watch for and respond to their messages. Missed appointments, storage fees, redelivery fees or other carrier-assessed charges that result from an unanswered or missed appointment may be charged to you.
Shipping timelines
Processing and delivery dates shown on our site, in emails and in tracking are estimates only, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to:
- Supplier processing times
- Freight carrier schedules
- Weather
- Holidays
- Other events outside RanchUTV's control
If your order is running late, we'll keep you updated and help however we can.
Supplier fulfillment
To offer a wide selection at fair prices, products ship directly from our supplier and manufacturer warehouses across the country. Because of this, an order with several items may arrive in multiple shipments, sometimes on different days, and you may receive more than one tracking number. You'll get an email for each shipment, and all tracking appears under My Orders. Multiple shipments never add to the shipping cost you paid at checkout.
Delivery address responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate — we ship to the address exactly as entered. When requesting a freight quote, please accurately identify the delivery location as:
- Residential delivery
- Commercial (business) delivery
- Ranch or farm delivery
- Whether a liftgate is required (no dock or forklift on site)
Carriers price these deliveries differently. If delivery conditions are misrepresented — for example, a residential or ranch address quoted as commercial, or a liftgate needed but not requested — additional carrier fees may be charged at the carrier's rate. If a shipment is undeliverable because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll reship once the carrier returns it; return freight and reshipping costs may apply. Caught a mistake before your order ships? Tell us right away and we'll usually fix it at no charge.
Freight inspection requirements
Before signing for any freight delivery, please:
- Inspect the shipment while the driver is still present.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Keep all packaging and packing materials until the claim is resolved.
Then contact us with the photos so we can start a claim and make it right. A clean, unnoted signature makes carrier damage claims very difficult, so these steps protect you.
Concealed damage
Damage isn't always visible through packaging. If you discover damage after the driver has left, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and keep the item and all packaging exactly as they arrived. Carriers allow only a short window for concealed-damage claims, and prompt reporting lets us file on your behalf and get you a replacement or refund.
Carrier claims
When a shipment is damaged in transit, we file the claim with the carrier for you — you don't need to deal with the freight company yourself. Please keep the damaged item and its packaging available for carrier inspection or pickup until the claim is resolved. Once the damage is confirmed, we ship a replacement or refund your order.
Refused shipments
If a delivery arrives damaged, the fastest path to a replacement is usually to accept it, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us. Unless a refusal is due to documented shipping damage, refused shipments may incur:
- Outbound shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Supplier restocking fees
These are deducted from your refund as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. If something looks wrong with an order before it ships, contact us first and we'll work with you.
Lost shipments
If tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check around your property and with neighbors, then let us know. We'll open a trace with the carrier, which typically takes 5–10 business days for parcel and a bit longer for freight. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't be left waiting on the carrier's claim to be paid.
Supplier availability
Inventory information on our site comes from our third-party suppliers and manufacturers. It's updated regularly, but availability may occasionally change before your order is confirmed. If a product becomes unavailable, we'll contact you promptly with the options available, including:
- Backorder — wait for the supplier to restock
- Comparable replacement — a similar item that fits your needs
- Refund — a full refund for that item
You're never charged for items we can't ship.
Order cancellations
Many orders are transmitted directly to our suppliers for fulfillment shortly after they're placed, so cancellation requests can't be guaranteed once processing has started. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel it. Orders that have already shipped are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Where we ship
Published shipping rates apply only to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations require a custom shipping quote — send us a message and we'll get it priced for you.
