We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to correct pricing or availability errors before fulfilling it. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price in effect at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order or approving a freight quote, you confirm the payment method is yours or you're authorized to use it.

Shipping rates, oversized fees, and freight quote handling are described on our shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier or at your address, as applicable. Please inspect freight deliveries before signing.

Returns and refunds are handled under our returns policy: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the order date, with a return authorization number issued through your account.

Compatibility information on this site is provided in good faith based on manufacturer and supplier fitment data, and is confirmed through your garage and product pages. You're responsible for confirming a part fits your specific vehicle, year, and configuration before purchase. Where a compatibility warning is shown and acknowledged at checkout, standard return terms still apply to unused parts in original packaging.

Products are covered by the warranties, if any, offered by their manufacturers. We make no independent warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides, and we'll help you pursue a manufacturer warranty claim — start through the contact page.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when ordering — we can't deliver to addresses you didn't give us. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to breach security, no false orders, and no use of site content for competing commercial purposes without permission. Product descriptions, guides, and photography on this site are our property or used with permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranch & UTV Supply Co. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
