Glass if you want a wiper and scratch resistance. Polycarbonate if you want light weight and impact safety.
Dust behavior
A full windshield with no rear panel creates a low-pressure pocket that pulls dust into the cab. Add a rear windscreen.

Half windshields
Best for hot-country pasture work where airflow beats dust control.
